The hotel is centrally located right next to the basilica, making it perfect for exploring the city. The rooms are comfortable though with a uniquely themed Bob Dylan room. I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and had everything you could possibly need, plus the music selection was top-notch thanks to the Music Director, Kornél Magyar. The service was impeccable, with everyone from management to housekeepers being incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city but still peaceful. Dining was a delight with a mix of buffet and table service, and the roof bar is a must-visit for the best view of the city.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The hotel's location is spot-on, close to all the best restaurants without any noise disturbance. The rooms, especially the Carmen Suite with its handy iPad mobile phone, were simply beautiful. The service was top-notch, from the warm and professional staff to the range of excellent amenities provided. Dining was just what I needed in the morning, with fresh ingredients and a great rooftop bar. A truly amazing value for the money!

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The room was smaller than my expectations but was still comfortable, and I could check in immediately. The service was beyond amazing, especially with their help in arranging our flight home. The location is superb, right in the center with easy access to all the tourist spots. The dining experience was great, especially on the Skybar level with stunning city views. Overall, a wonderful experience!
